The Stalking Horse Brewery & Freehouse

I’ve been to close to 100 breweries across numerous states and this is EASILY in my top 5. Amazing food, top notch customer service, great beer, and a cozy atmosphere. I will absolutely be back.

Expected there to be pub food. Only 2 burgers and some pizzas on the menu. Burger was tiny. Really disappointing

Super happy that Stalking Horse is in the neighborhood. Some of the best fries in town, and the flatbread pizza they have at lunch is incredibly good. Trivia night on Tuesdays is also a highlight of the week for us. Good people, good vibes, good drinks, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Good beer, free WiFi, good service (not crowded on a Friday night), but the ambience is very dim. Also my $22 burger wasn't that good, it was covered in cheap cheese sauce. Don't get the rowdy burger. All the burgers are 6oz wagyu and the meat is great.

It's a pub first and foremost but they do have good food. Atmosphere is more on the bar/pub feel. We had a group of 6 and found a table easily. Was able to sample some beers before committing. Food came out quickly except the pizza took some time. Truffle fries had actual mushrooms in it which was great. Also had a bloody Mary, it was smaller than I expected but it tasted good. Overall I really enjoyed coming here

My partner and I have been coming to Stalking Horse for years and have never been disappointed - great ambiance, amazing beers, delicious food. We actually recently worked with Frederic and their events team to host our wedding rehearsal dinner for 50 people in their dining/bar garden area and it was a huge success! Frederic was so great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we and our guests were comfortable and taken care of all night. He helped us every step of the way leading up to our event - brainstorming the layout of seating, the menu, pacing and timing of service, truly everything! He was present on the day-of to make sure everything went smoothly as well which we really appreciated. Super kind, responsive, accommodating, professional! Stalking has great food and drink package options, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience with him and his team for our rehearsal dinner. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, drink, service and ambiance. Highly recommend Stalking horse for event hosting! Exceeded all my expectations!

Stopped in for a beer. Great selection of beers. They have guest beers and they are good. Quick and easy service. Couple of tvs to watch the games. Will be back to try the food and watch some games
