Very bad experience. We got a very bad setup room where it has all these weird bar chairs and very uncomfortable. Will not visit anymore

I had a bday party here this weekend…The food presentation was not great at all. The “large” pop corn that was part of the $300 package deal ran out, so they gave us 5 WINGS (didn’t disclose how many wings) & we had 9 PEOPLE. If that was part of the package deal, enough should have been brought out for a big group of people. Then someone ordered sweet potato fries & it had hair in it. We didn’t say anything & it turned us off from ordering more food. (waitress hair was not even pulled back or in a net) On top of the food coming out to us in “to go” boxes. For the prices this place charges the presentation is horrible for guests to fully enjoy. The waiter came in 11 minutes before our reservation was even supposed to end mid song with the bill, waiting for us to pay, which took up the remaining time of our room. Just could have been presented better. The only convenient thing was the parking garage nearby & the elevator was a short wait. Tons of other karaoke places on this strip/near by to try next time instead. Just disappointing. Also what is with the jail seating? Hard, cold aluminum bench? Just not comfortable at all. Management needs to fully revamp the place all together.
