Wanted to give this coffee shop a try to see what the hype is about. I visited the Yamato Boca location, the decor was cute little coffee shop. I went to the register immediately to just order an iced latte and some food. I had never been there so I asked the guy who took my order what’s good to eat here. He was nice to say briefly what they have but his demeanor was like cocky and kind of like disinterested to take my order. He made my ice latte and I also got warmed up an empanada. The ice latte literally just tasted like water and a hint of coffee did not tasted good with flavor, when I arrived at home I had to add cream and cinnamon so it would have taste.. and the empanada tasted okay but was extremely greasy. Sorry but I will not be returning to this coffee shop… there’s many other coffee shops that take pride and love in making their “coffees” with taste!

Staff took 15min to give me my food because they forgot also they were not very pleasing when I asked for my food and gave a bit of attitude.

Great service. Love the atmosphere (even more than the East Boca location). Delish drinks and foods. More GF options would be nice, but they had two.

The Seed, a Coffee + Juice Bar in Boca Raton, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. At first glance, its proximity to a gas station might set low expectations, but it's genuinely worth the visit. The food is good, and the place sports a nice, modern aesthetic that elevates the whole experience. During my visit, the staff's demeanor was a mixed bag. One of the two staff members we interacted with came across as a bit cold – no smile, very direct – which might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially on a typical Monday morning. However, given the day of the week, it's understandable and didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience. I do recommend The Seed for anyone looking for a quality juice bar in Boca Raton. The quality of the food and the ambiance of the place make up for any minor shortcomings in service warmth. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
