The Sausage Factory

First time at the Sausage Factory and it was Incredible! the atmosphere was very inviting, less than 5 minutes wait for a table for 4. Service and Food were On Point! Definitely would go again!

The giant salad is a meal unto itself. Still, all of the dishes are generously portioned and delicious. The service is unobtrusive and so friendly. The music playing quietly in the background are oldie goldies everyone hums along to. Wonderful

This is a wonderful mom and pop shop situated in a building that once housed a sausage factory, kind of makes for a more unique dining experience. How you start a meal is a good indication of how it is going to end, so if you start with a tasteless and soupy salad, chances are the entree will follow suit. That won't be the case here, they can serve a good salad and they can also serve a good pizza. Cheers!

They seem to staff the same whether they have zero customers or a full front and party in the back. Service is passable enough when they’re empty but if they’re even a little busy save yourself the misery. Just left after it took nearly 30min to get a drink order— didn’t want to find out how long I’d have to wait to actually get food :(

Good food and wait staff. This is an iconic Castro establishment, it is a must go-to Italian restaurant!!!!

A good place for dinner but it really needs a bar I think they only serve wine and beer

We ordered the cheesy garlic bread, fettuccine shrimp Alfredo and meatball pizza. They were all delicious! The portion sizes were also great. The restaurant had a clean and cute atmosphere, and the waiters were very nice and efficient. Highly recommend this place, would definitely come again.

A perfect 10/10! The service and food were amazing. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and was thoroughly satisfied, though the generous portions left me unable to finish the dish.

Fantastic food and great service. We got the extra cheese garlic bread, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and meatball pizza, and they were delicious and great size portions.
