They not what they used to be I used to love them. But now the owner is kind of on the rude side and they choose when they wanna give you your money worth or ration it. I spent 55 on a bag that didn’t even have all my things in there maybe because I went as soon as they opened and they didn’t wanna run out of food but yeah

I just went to the sauce and I’m so disappointed. The hours they have posted on the door says they are open Thursday-Saturday 2pm-7:30pm I arrived @ 2:11pm. I tried to walk in and the doors was still locked. They had a kid in there running around and when I called to see if they were opened, the little boy answered the phone!!! I asked him if I could speak to an adult and the lady was very rude.

Limited food

Used to be one of the best restaurant 6 months ago… now they only open 3 days out of the week and still close early and guy that works there ain’t the friendliest. Miss the old staff

Soooo yummy I proudly drive 45 minutes to this place!!! I wished they woulda stayed in Akron but Akron don’t support businesses here they’ll rather drive far smh I don’t get it

Now I don’t like talking about businesses in a bad way but man they asked for it…if I could give them 0 stars I would forsure! so I ordered the food from Uber eats around 4pm today 12/9/23 and let me just say it was literally disgusting and pretty sure it was a HEALTH HAZARD!!! The corn it self let me know it was OLD as hell!!! nothing was fresh its like they just put the seafood bag in hot water to make it seem fresh but was really old as hell. I spent damn near $100 on food for my family and now im worried about getting sick from it... The taste was horrid and very bland, even the potatoes were nasty... like how can you mess up potatoes-_-. I was gonna keep this review to myself and the manager but they literally thought they were slick on the phone. I called to just share my experience with the manager and just let her know the food was old and she needs to talk to the kitchen or whoever is cooking because im pretty sure im not the only person who got a bad batch. So the lady gets on the phone and acts like she knew what order it was before I even told her what I got and she put me on hold. I sat on the phone for 10 minutes and 46 seconds and then I decide to hang up and call back but since they took the phone off the hook it went straight to the busy tone.... so guess what now im about to share my experience with the world because all they had to do was just be receptive of the information, im not asking for free meals or anything but man y'all could have definitely gave better customer service like be for real... and the fact that my family talked this place up when they first opened I was excited to try it but now I regret it majorly because this is ridiculous. DO BETTER ASAP. very disappointed. I do not recommend at all so hopefully you guys have a better experience but I will never eat there again.

Service was pretty good. The food I received was NASTY, no stars. The sauce tasted like sweet and sour sauce, the crab legs tasted like they were 1-2 days old, not to mention they tasted like water.. no seasoning. Maybe it was an old bag from the night before and they just warmed it up and gave it to me lol idk but I know I will not order again. Again service was pretty good

I Love The Sauce But Lately They Have Not Been Open, I Called Yesterday Finally Spoke To Someone She Told Me They Are Only Open Thursday-Saturday From 11-8. My Boyfriend Go To Get Me A Bag Friday At 4pm Just For Them To Say They Don’t Have ANY SAUCES, Or Half They Things On The Menu. At This Point Just Close Down Because It’s Really No Point To Be Open Anymore.

When we get to the sauce it’s a line but we just happy to see it open once we order our food we waiting 15 just for her to say they don’t have the sauce we like so I ask for a refund she then says she don’t know how to give a refund at this point there’s no need to be open with half the ingredients and by the way food was trash
