My experience at Salt Line restaurant was a mixed bag of delight and disappointment. Let's start with the positives: the food was undeniably delicious, and the service was top-notch. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. However, the evening took an unexpected turn when we realized that the restaurant was unusually cold, and to make matters worse, the heater wasn't working. Despite our best efforts to ignore the chill, it became increasingly uncomfortable as the evening progressed. Eventually, we had to request a change of seating to a warmer area of the restaurant. While the food and service were impeccable, the lack of a functioning heater significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's disappointing when such a crucial aspect of comfort falls short, especially in an otherwise exceptional dining establishment like Salt Line. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed to ensure that future diners can fully enjoy the culinary delights without feeling the chill. Parking: At the street Kid-friendliness: It think it is a kids friendly restaurant, but I did not see kids' dishes in the menu
The service & food were awful. Ordered a Tito's & soda -- got a tequila & soda. Lobster role was $38 -- and barely enough lobster meat to fill the bun -- and flavorless as well. Go to Jackson's or Coastal Flats if you want a lobster role -- less expensive and twice the meat. I had high expectations and The Salt Line failed to deliver across the board. Forgot to mention I ordered 1/2 doz oysters that never showed up. I would have given the feedback if anyone working there bothered to ask about our meal. Nope.
