Rose gave us excellent service. The brisket and ribs were really great. Grits and hush puppies were yum. Carrot cake was very moist. My absolute favorite was the banana pudding. I got 2nds to go for breakfast the next day before we fly home.

A real hidden gem in the neighborhood. A husband and wife fuse Texas BBQ and Mexican street food. A cozy bar upstairs and plenty of outdoor seating. The brisket is delicious. Very creative and tasty sandwiches--try the Texican or the Chicano (brisket with chorizo). Great fries, too. And if you like dessert, please do not skip the Heath bar pie—really. Five stars!
