The Rice Box

There was an employee shouting inside the restaurant. The same employee threw a package in his hand on the floor and went to the kitchen. He didn't mind people sitting in the restaurant. None of the managers said the slightest thing. There was an unprofessional manager with an unprofessional employee. I saw the same person arguing with a courier who came to pick up a package. I don't know if anyone would take notice. This person was a curly-haired employee. Since he is not a very trustworthy employee, I would especially recommend that those who go there be careful.

Definitely not what it seemed to be. Thought it would be more futuristic half the menu want even working all outdoors seating

This restaurant is my go to for when I am here working on a TV show out of Los Angeles. Rusty and his team are particularly wonderful and I highly recommend this cool spot.

It was delicious. Good food. The emoyees were kind. Nice vibe. Small restaurant, feels cozy. The ONLY downside is the parking. You may have to park on the street or across the street at a nearby business. Worth it though. Parking: There is maybe about 10 parking spots. Beyond that, you can park on the street or at a nearby business/parking lot.

Went March 4th I’ve had food poisoning ever since unable to keep anything down. Called heights location to report and possibly receive number for management and the employee hung up the phone. Super disappointed and ill!

Horrible service. Delivery order left off big part of the order and gave us the wrong protein that we paid extra for. Called in to store and they never apologized and said they do anything about it. Don’t order from here anymore until they learn to treat people with respect.

Food and service was great!!

I love rice box and consider myself a regular! But the service is frustrating. If you order online, expect a text within a short time saying it’s ready early, but when you show up almost late they still haven’t finished it ? And ALWAYS check your bag, probably 1/2 the time I’m missing something. Also paying to “add broccoli” to your entree means 1-3 pieces in my experience. These things are small but consistent and they frustrate me so much, and I’m normally a very patient person! But the food is always really good

The place, customer service, and food is amazing.......I have shared with social media already. I promise to go back. Just amazing!!
