Great breakfast spot that I've been coming to for a while love. One of my favorite chicken Fried Steak and eggs for sure!
The food is extremely bland. It's like the cook had an allergy to seasoning. I was really hopeful given the reviews that the food was going to be good, but it was awful. I ordered the home fries with onions which were mushy and my wife ordered the Pasadena scramble with hash browns . My wife said,"The only reason I am eating this is because I am extremely hungry otherwise I'd pay and leave." We both agreed that the food there was a C- at best. I am not saying that it was completely uneditable. It looked fine. It was just completely bland. That being said, I do give credit to the staff. They were very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is quaint. I do like the license plates. The floor was a little messy, but otherwise the atmosphere was good.
Reyn diner impresses with its exceptional service and good food at reasonable prices, creating a pleasant juxtaposition against the surprisingly poor quality of its coffee. The diligent wait staff and the value for money make it a favorite, yet the consistently burnt and gritty coffee remains a baffling downside. It's a curious contrast: a diner that gets so much right, yet misses the mark with something as fundamental as its brew. Definitely worth visiting for the overall experience, but the coffee might just be the puzzle you ponder over your meal.
First time eating at this breakfast spot I want to say everything was amazing. Thank you to the waiter Jose Adolfo you did an amazing job. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. I’m definitely gonna come back. If you have to wait a little bit for your table just be patient the food is worth it. Thank you you guys.
