The quality of the food and service is always good. It's a beautiful place just have to know when to go as it can tend to get busy but one always feels like they have space. The bartenders are really terrific and their happy hour is a hidden gem.
Unfortunate experience here. I rarely leave bad reviews. Our small group had reservations at 1, order taken around 1:10 for our small-ish lunch dishes. Still no food at 2:00 pm. After several reassurances from the manager that our food would be “out shortly,” after pressing for a genuine time estimate he said another 15-20 min- which would have put us at 70 minutes at the very least. He didn’t give us any real reason for the delay, apologized greatly but didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation. We had to get up and leave since we had a train to catch.
Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Menu is small but everything is excellent!
Lovely atmosphere. Food is quite delicious. More wait staff are needed as 3 servers cannot handle the entire dining room on their own when it got really busy. However, there were 3 managers, a hostess and bar person. Seems they could have assisted the servers, who were in the weeds.
Trendy restaurant nestled within the Norton Museum of Art. Great drinks and food
Love the place. It's good to have a break in your museum visit, a cup of coffee, tea (in my case) reasonably good quality food and service.
Had lunch here. Beautiful dining room inside and out, but the service and food left a lot to be desired. Drinks or food did not come out quickly, and I waited 15 minutes for the bill to arrive. The menu is ironically uninspired, given that the restaurant is in a museum. The chicken sandwich was overcooked, leaving it dry and tough. The portion was small as well, an overall pitiful offering for the price it commanded. Also had the mezze app, which was underwhelming, but not a total disappointment. I don't recommend eating here until either the quality of the food or menu undergoes an overhaul.
