Our food and server were great. The hostesses were less than welcoming. There was food on the floor and the area around our booth was dirty.

My family's favorite breakfast! The service here is so fast, and the food is always great. No matter what time of day you go they are always able to make the experience worth waiting for.

Went mid March of 2024. For just my breakfast alone, with tip and a 3% FEE WITH CARD OR CASH was $20.75. My 2024 resolution was to avoid business with stupid fee's and ensure the public knows the shady practices of these restaurants. I'll admit, I used to live near this store and went weekly in 2012-2016. I LOVED this place. First time back since 2018. The food was delicious and server fantastic but the value is not there. I had 2 eggs, potatoes, links and pancakes. Breakfast items area cheap and mostly carbs, even with egg prices the way they are it should not be this difficult. I'll say the unpopular opinion, go to the 76th Truck stop. Its the same food and price but way more quantity.

Service was a little off this morning from what I've experienced before and it wasn't really that busy. 10/12/2023 back in this morning for breakfast and service was much better. Seemed to be more servers and our food was out quickly. I'm glad to see things back to normal. 3/14/2024 In again today and the service was great and the food what I have come to expect. I can recommend this place for breakfast.

I have been going to this resturant for year's and never had an issue. The new owner made a rule with a waiting list where if your whole party isn't here you can't be sat down at all and everyone after you even if they just walk in are able to sit down if there whole party is here. I only had two people we were waiting and 5 people were sat before us and they refused to seat us until our party canceled our plans and we were down to two people and they sat us right away. There was a lady who was here before us and had been waiting on her plus 1 and they still refused to seat her until her plus 1 showed up. Dont go to this resturant if theres a wait go to the Red Geranium on byron center ave. They never follow this rule and are happy to seat you ASAP. Update: this resturant is a joke now. There is now a 3% surcharge at the end of the bill for the resturant not the servers so you have to tip well and get fees from the resturant. The prices for the quality and quantity of the food is a joke now. You've made coming to breakfast a trivial thing instead of an enjoyable thing. At least update the menu if your going to ask for these prices. I feel bad for every server that loves working here. Just go to Byron Family Resturant. Great food, great service, great prices! They don't plan on making any changes and just want us to enjoy breakfast.

Everything was good until the waitress came by to tell us, "It was getting busy." I'm not sure how I feel about it. We paid enough for a meal to be able to visit a bit after the meal. It was maybe 30 minutes. With the 3% service fee on all orders .. might re-think my choices.

The raisin bread and raspberry jam were unexpectedly good.
