My husband and I went to Red Brick once a week for a year and a half. Service was typically pretty good but there were always problems. Nothing though to keep us away. Unfortunately, that changed with the new management. These men are absolutely terrible and treat their customers horribly. While George wasn't the friendliest, he certainly was never rude. We stopped going in November (its now Feb). We are wine drinkers and they never had wine in stock. Always telling us they are working on it. The bartenders didn't know the difference between red wine and port wine. Last night we decided to try again, maybe their issues got worked out. They didn't. They were out of full bottles of white wine. The refrigerator wasn't working so it was warm (normal issue that's never fixed). They did have red wine so we switched to that. I ordered a Greek gyro with the sauce on the side. The manager brought it to me with sauce on it. I asked him to remake it because of the sauce. He said I was wrong, took the gyro and came back with the same gyro with a side of sauce. We had to track down our waitress who got it fixed. Not sure why the manager thought I lying and never apologized for being a rude, jerk. I suggest the managers stick to sitting at the bar drinking, taking up seats customers could be using and playing with their friends because they have terrible customer service skills and don't know how to manage and maintain this place. They should hire people that can. My advise if you are looking for a good place in the area is go to Valters. Terrific customer service everytime.
Best draft menu in the south side. Draft list highlights many local brews within Ohio. Food is fantastic for a tap room.
tasty food and good drinks! fun place!
Good was just ok. The waiters shift ended so we cashed out but no one came back to get us more drinks.
The server was also the bartender and the hostess. She had a smile, was as attentive as she could be for wearing multiple hats, her feet were always moving and most importantly our drinks did not go empty. I recommend eating and having some craft beer. The Pastrami Fries were also tasty. I didn't take a pic . I'm sure whatever I ordered would be good.
Exceptionally friendly and courteous server. Menu offers a multitude of choices for dietary varieties at an affordable rate, mostly a la carte pricing.... That said, the small salads are just that... Small, more like side salads. But lots of fun pub food or healthier choices. The atmosphere is very fun, eclectic, and comfortable with a small neighborhood feel. They have probably 10 or large screen TVs with great clarity. Our server did mention that they may be considering making some changes to the restaurant and menu at the start of next year, so keep your eyes peeled. Parking: We walked there on a Saturday afternoon. But it's s on a corner so that might offer plenty of parking within that block or close by in the neighborhood
Solid food decent prices wish they had at least one domestic draft on tap PBR doesn't count!! Wings and fries are delicious.
