Bad experience that entire place smelled like a public bathroom everyone I came with kept complaining about the smell but the worst part was that they tried to upcharge us twice thinking we wouldn’t notice I corrected them the first time and then the car with the receipt wrong again as if we didn’t know math and we was gonna fall for it a second time. Also the song choices were so bad you can only play what they have most of there music was Asian and they don’t do a good job advertising that. After 7pm the charge $40 per person which is not worth it for this place.

I recently attended a friend's birthday celebration at Real KTV, where we reserved a VIP room for the occasion. However, I must express my profound disappointment with the service we received during our visit. To begin with, upon arrival, we were made to wait for ten minutes past our reservation time before we were even acknowledged. This lack of punctuality was frustrating, to say the least, especially considering we had made prior arrangements. Furthermore, the service continued to disappoint throughout the evening. We requested the waiter to hold our ice cream cake in the freezer, to which they complied and agreed. However, they ended up leaving it in the fridge, causing the cake to melt and ruin not only the appearance but also the taste. Adding to our dissatisfaction, the staff prematurely shut off the room earlier than the hours we had reserved, cutting short our celebration. This was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable, especially considering the premium we paid for the VIP experience. Overall, our experience at Real KTV was marred by poor service and a lack of attention to detail. I would caution anyone considering booking an event here to think twice, as our celebration was tarnished by these regrettable shortcomings. I highly recommend you not go here and spend your money elsewhere! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE.

Just had a great time with Asian friends!

They let us in 30 minutes after our reservation and then had the audacity to kick us out early and rushed our paying process. After all of this, they demanded 18% tip after just handing us juice. Do NOT come here. Very unsanitary as well.
