The Real Jerk Restaurant

Yummy. Been around a long time.

During our visit to Canada, we couldn't resist trying the restaurant where Rihanna filmed her "Work Work Work" video with Drake! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant's setup authentically resembled Jamaica. The music set the perfect vibe while waiting for our meal, and the RUM punch was absolutely fantastic! Plus, the prices were very reasonable. Excitedly looking forward to going back!

Some of the best food you'll ever have

Not spicy at all. Ox tail was bone tail and gravy. Since Covid quality at all restaurants has gone down, in my opinion, I won't be going back anytime soon. I'm going stick to my hands for the price I was charged.

Horrible, this place fell off. Whoever is cooking idk.. get a new cook. Only thing worth your money is the fritters made fresh. I’ve ordered a few times HORRIBLE. The chicken roti had to huge potatoes curry wasn’t it, the partha plain it has chickpeas which they don’t mention, the chicken and ribs horrible under cooked, jerk chicken wasn’t jerked, the curry shrimp I threw out, hard rice n swimming in gravy. Do not eat here. Its horrible. If I could get my money back I would. Don’t order of Uber eats either. They don’t care.

It was alright, the food was kind of cold and the utensils were not clean. The girl who served us was pretty nice I would give the store a 3.5/10.

Chicken is dry and waitress is rude.

Top notch spot for jerk chicken. Service is a tad slow but warm and friendly nonetheless. Go for the 1/2 jerk chicken dinner if you’ve got an appetite, otherwise the 1/4 is a decent portion.
