The Ragtrader & Bo Peep Cocktail and Highball Store

The Ragtrader upstairs restaurant has a very cool interior with dim lighting and eclectic pieces along the walls, making it really feel like a refurbished garment factory. Service upstairs was good and the allium flatbread was delicious. When I ate at the Ragtrader, the Bo Peep piano bar wasn't open and I recently returned to try it. I loved the rosebud cocktail, food was pretty good we shared the brie, wings, mac & cheese and tuna tartare. But the experience was really not what I was expecting; I thought with the description 'speakeasy piano bar' it would be a relaxing vibe with soft piano music. But the piano was extremely loud, and service was not very good because the servers were also singing on the mic with the piano which was even louder. And the songs they were singing were top 40s covers, which I thought clashed with the jazzy speakeasy feel of the space (which was very well decorated I will say). Overall I would not return to the downstairs bar because it was so loud it hurt our ears and we couldn't talk to each other, but would recommend the upstairs for cocktails and a small bite.

Bo peep was fantastic. Great entertainment, wonderful singing. Drinks were delicious! Don't miss out on the siracha deviled eggs.

My husband and I really loved our entire experience, from being able to push our reservation 15 min for traffic, to a birthday celebration acknowledgement from the manager Rafael, to our waiter Shahil understanding how to get us through our meal *with dessert* in time to make our Broadway show ♥️ — exceptional service and amazing food and drinks in a gorgeously appointed space ♥️ — we definitely recommend the sesame green beans, ceviche tacos, and pistachio creme brûlée — such a great dinner, we can’t recommend highly enough!!

Celebrated a friend's birthday here with a late dinner. The food was great and the staff was very attentive. Happy hour drink options were really good. A nice place to stop stop by after work or on the weekend for a relaxed dinner.

Love the atmosphere, drinks, and service. Dion, the bartender, was great, as well as the hostess(we were there on Thursday), forgot her name. She was telling us about Bo Peep downstairs. Will definitely be back, fabulous vibe.
