Love this place . Every time I come , I have to order the meatball platter with fries & coleslaw. Add a couple of quarts of 50 and it's a wonderful thing! Fantastic & attentive service at all times. Please don't change, there's not many places like this left. Us old farts gotta have somewhere to go.
A great place with amazing waitresses and bar tenders. Always look forward to a night out at this local restaurant .
Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday, heard good things about their pizza. It was pretty good! It's a square and sorta deep dish. I asked the difference between a mini and a small, the small is 9 squares and the mini is 4. I should have just got the mini because it's filling, but reheated well the next day for lunch. My girlfriend was less enamoured with her nachos. There was a hockey game on and (I think it was) the owner came around with a bucket of pucks with player names on them, said to pick a puck and if your player scored while you're seated he'd buy you a 10oz beer.
I wouldn't come here for the food (or even the drink), It's really just an old dingy sports bar with some history at best. You can tell all the food was frozen, and I mean all of it. Everything bread related is stale as well. Everything is like 5-10$ more expensive than it should be for frozen food. Over the years it's really gone downhill. If you're just there for the community vibes and the TVs or pool bar, then that's fine, but you're overpaying for it, trust me. It's crazy how much they've inflated their pricing.
Good customer service. Happy vibes in the place.
Have been buying the spaghetti meat sauce to take home and freeze. They just doubled the price. It was sneaky though, they shrunk the containers by more than half and dropped the price per container by about %25. They lost a very longtime loyal patron.
