The Pots Hot Pot

My favorite hot pot spot in the city. It’s a great option for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike and the service is always on point.

非常不满意的一次体验！等了很久，没有服务员来接待，连在哪里签到都没有，服务员一副忙到脚不离地的节奏，既然不差客人，不能多请几位服务员？ 一副你爱吃不吃，不能等就走人的态度！以后再也不会去了！

1st time eating at the Hot Pot. I'd go back. I enjoyed it.

Excellent hot pot. The customer service was very friendly and quick to remove our empty plates. The meat qualities were exceptional. We also loved being able to order food with our phone, but just the essentials, there is a nice Buffett to go up and grab vegetables, giblets, snails, tripe, noodles, sauce bar, even a nice $3 juice bar. Really enjoyed their special house sauce. They sauce bar had some super good choices. The soup broths were so delicious. Really clean bathroom. Just an overall top notch hot pot place!
