So dang good! I can’t believe I’m just now learning about this place!
Ordered the original and the al pastor Sandwich and both were incredible! The salsa that came on the al pastor was fresh and full of flavor, and the meat was seasoned perfectly. There may only be one person working but that doesn't take away from the food or service at all. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend for any sandwich lover.
The original Porchetta as well as the Al Pastor are the best Italian style roast sandwiches currently that I have eaten in my life except at salumeria's/prosciuterria's/osteria's in Italy. Denver food overall is pretty average and this is a true breath of fresh air. We stumbled upon this place after google maps popped this place up after looking for "Italian sandwich". That being said, I'm not sure anyone else serves anything like this in Denver. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ The proprietor has mastered Porchetta. I cried a little bit the first time I ate one of his sandwiches. Stunningly good, I feel lucky to have it so near to where I live. Limited menu, but consistent, made to order, and delicious.
We ordered for pickup the Banh Mi. This was truly a OMG bite! All the flavors blended but the meat was out of this world. We'll be back. Cheers
Park expectations, amazing food!
This little gem is tucked in the back of the building across the street from Voodoo donuts. Right when you walk in, you just know it’s gone be good. Seriously, the Chef, A.J., is making food so good I almost don’t want to share. We got the original sandwich and the Al Pastor Chicken Lollipop Wings. The sandwich was divine, the textural combinations between the crispy Porchetta, the arugula, the deliciously soft yet perfectly toasted bread and the peppercorn sauce is to die for. Those lollipop wings were supposed to be a snack for later, they didn’t make it out of Denver. If you’re thinking of trying it, stop thinking and go! So good that it’s worth the 2 hour trip for me!!!
Really cool spot! My friend has been telling me about this place for months and I finally checked it out. Food was amazing!! Highly recommend.
