The Polo Bar

One of the most coveted restaurants in NYC and rightly so. After all the Instagram hype I started my research and figured out reservations have to be made a month prior by calling only. I called exactly at 10am and was on hold for almost 2 hours but I got through!! They had availability for my desired date at 1030pm. Upon our arrival, we were escorted in by the doormen and seated in front of the bar area. They brought us fried olives, homemade chips and mixed nuts, each item was served warm and fresh. From there they take your drink orders then you are escorted downstairs to the dining area and the entire place is a vibe. We started with popovers and we ordered Caesar salad, vegan burgers, burgers and choc cake for dessert. Best vegan burger I have tried. They have a limited menu but when you are good at what you do you don't need an exhaustive list. The food was extremely yummy and I would definitely go back.

The Polo Bar is an elegant and cozy restaurant, and the food and service is nothing short of amazing.

Got to plan ahead. Wonderful and classy. “White glove” style dining!

Superior service, a beautiful and luxurious restaurant in every detail. I adored my experience from the moment we walked in.

Amazing food and ambiance. Pigs in a blanket was awesome and so were the fried olives and shrimp cocktail. The decor is RL which was elegant and not overpowering. Highly recommend this restaurant when in NYC IF you can actually get a reservation, which is a challenge.

Amazing. 10/10. No notes. Everything is classic and well done. They took unreasonable hospitality to heart and the result is something to be experienced.
