Always have a great experience at the point. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and Terri the manager is wonderful! We will keep coming back!

I love this place. Great food. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Also Teri is the absolute best. So sweet. Makes the atmosphere so much fun and she’s a great bartender!

Terri the manager was very unprofessional..French toast was horrible and explained to manager that the French toast was unacceptable and stated due to policy no refunds were available for untouched food.. the cream cheese was sour or some form of yogurt that was spoiled.. told by the manager that it is policy and since I ordered that was it was just that and didn’t try to accommodate on a 18-20 dish.. Just stop for a drink because the food and service will ruin whole experience.. in life

This place is cool and all but very shady business on the pre-authorization charges.initially, I was told that at the beginning of service, they hold your card and pre-authorize it for a very small amount, like $5 or so……..I said cool, that’s standard. I was told by the white bartender with wavy/curly hair. We received good service, she kept the drinks coming and the food was good so no complaints there… Here’s the issue….. I was charged my bill which was posted on my account on 3/5/24 for $135.36. We went 3/4/24. At that time there was no pending pre authorization because the bill was posted. Today 3/6/24, there’s ANOTHER pre- authorization posted on my account for $134.36… WHY?! If the first charge was posted and cleared and I haven’t been back since 3/4/24!!! That caused my account to be overdrawn AND overdraft fees! VERY SHADY!

Great time! Terri was especially helpful and knowledgeable.

Terri is an amazing manager at The Point she always makes me feel comfortable and serves me with a smile. I enjoy going to this Restaurant not just because of the great food and drinks but experience I know I will receive

Food was incredible. Our bartender Teri was awesome. She told me a lot about Baltimore and the neighborhood. It was my first time in Baltimore and I will be sure to return!
