I always eat at the Mediterranean food truck and the chicken Shwarma wrap is so good the garlic sauce is like nothing I've ever tasted it is so delicious! Vegetarian options: They offer several dishes that don't have any meat but still have plenty of flavor and a variety of vegetables. They also have dishes with chick peas for protein or hummus (which is also made from chick peas). Dietary restrictions: If your eating low fat this may not be the best place to eat. While it does have a well balanced menu with plenty of grilled meat, vegetables, and rice. The food can be a little heavy on the grease. You might be able to request that they cook your order in less oil. Other than that the food is fairly healthy. Parking: The food trucks are all parked in a large parking lot so there's plenty of parking around the central food court area. Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level no steps or stairs. There is areas with gravel but should be fine even in a wheel chair.

Moving and turning this location into a gas station.... I honestly hope the gas station fails like the last one in this area, the pit was such a great east side staple . Land owners are making a huge mistake

Great place to get food but once the sun goes down this area starts to get quite dangerous. Be sure you come here during the morning or afternoon for safety reasons!

I absolutely love The Pit! The vibe is great, very fun, cool, eelcoming, and relaxing. The variety of vendors is good. Could never hurt to add more, but we love the options they're now!! It's nice to have this on this side of town. Us east siders don't have many options like this, so it's nice to have in our area! Cup A Go Go and MessyLicious are my favorites, but honestly, they are all really good!!
