Great place, love coming here.
My favorite was the chicken taco. The pulled pork wasn't greasy
Food & Drinks are good. I will definitely return the next time i’m in houston.
Food was good, a little pricey. The atmosphere was blah for the price. We enjoyed our visit but def won't be a place we will rush back to. The service was an order line then you find seating. Outdoor seating was a bit rusty and wooden tables broken from weathering. We ordered mixed drinks which were pretty good. The outdoor gentleman cleaning the tables was very nice! Overall an ok experience
I’ve heard that this place was great. I decided to try it and see what all the hype is about. I’ve tried it two times before and I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first two times. This time however I cannot. Im not a fan of cold food and that’s what I was served. Brisket, sausages, and tortillas were cold. One line server said, “ I’m going to give you this plate while the tacos are made because I don’t want the meat to get cold”. It was already cold. According to the people I came with the tacos were cold as well. I’m pretty sure the ownership will get on here and respond how sorry they are and how I probably have mentioned it to staff but I shouldn’t have to right. I don’t know but cold food sounds like a major health code violation. But hey we live and we learn. Since that’s how they feel bout serving their guests I believe it’s best for me stay out of their restaurant. As for getting me to come again. Best of luck to you. I wish you all the best of luck with that cold food concept. Good job at humiliating the customers who patronize your restaurant. two .thumbs up said siskel and ebert.
Found this place on Google with high ratings and they don't disappoint. Used their catering services for a business event (regional meeting). Everyone loved it, from the brisket to the mac and cheese and queso, everything was great. I'll be going back on my own time for sure.
