We visited for our valentines dinner before watching the new Bob Marley movie. The waitresses where welcoming and where quite friendly to have a spot inside for us when it got cold outside. The seals where funny to watch outside. The food was warm and great. Shoutout Mindy! It was a pleasure. Love all!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON’T DINE HERE FOR ANY MAJOR CELEBRATIONS LIKE VALENTINE’S DAY COMING UP!! 1/5 stars, they only get one star from be because the waiter was wonderful given how stressed out he was. Our reservations were at 7:00 PM. I checked in with the hostess at 6:40 or so, then sat at the bar to wait for our table. The poor bartender was out of glasses, behind on orders and all around stressed out. He did his best and was wonderful though and a very nice person. Now the real reason why our experience was HORRIBLE. We were seated after 7:00 PM. My first indication things were not going to go well were how many tables saw still had no food from the time I walked in through the door to the time we actually got seated. Our waitress was completely rude. Came up to us out of nowhere, did not introduce herself didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink besides waters, etc. All she said was “What can I get you to order?”. At first I wasn’t sure if she was asking if we wanted an appetizer or starter for the table or if we just wanted the entree. Again, there was no other dialogue than her initial question. But coincidentally, after she left our table of two, she went to ALL her other tables and had an extremely different demeanor. We were never checked up on again, I had to ask for a basket of bread, and we never saw her for the rest of the night. An hour and a half later, we got up and left after seeing all the other tables waiting 50+ min for their dishes to come out. Three other tables left as well. If the kitchen was running behind (which it was, I went up after 45 minutes and asked the hostess if she knew about any possible delays with dinner. She confirmed there was), I would have been more understanding had we had a waiter that could communicate with us and made up for it with customer service. The part that really got me? While she was walking past our table and trying to avoid eye contact with us, I asked her if the delay (already and hour later, 8:00 PM by now) would be any longer and explained we had tickets to see a comedy show that we’re not refundable. Her response: “oh it’ll be out soon. And you’ll be out of here by 8:30, depending on how fast you eat.” Overall: horrible customer service, horrible experience, the bread was decently good (all 5 pieces we got for an hour and fifteen minutes at that table) Oh and she still had the audacity to charge my boyfriend for his single beer that cost $8 after all of this. The least they could have done was comp the drinks. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT DINE HERE FOR ANY MAJORU CELEBRATION LIKE VALENTINES DAY COMING UP!!

We didn't have reservations, but they said they would work us in. However, working us in didn't appear to be an issue since there were few people and a lot of empty tables. Ambiance was powerful and very impressive. Service was very slow, and the food was good, but not overly impressive. I don't believe that they have a dress code, but everyone that I saw was dressed better than average street clothes. I have to say that despite my lack of enthusiasm in this review, I would be willing to chalk this visit as an off night and give it another chance, should I be in the area. I have to believe that there is potential for a night of fine dining as a whole.

Service was so bad that we left before they could bring the food. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, never got the soup and when asked the waitress she said I will get it right now, 10 minutes later still no soup so we left.

Let me start off by saying the poor server did the best she could with the environment/food she had to work in. She definitely got a tip, but I made sure to hand it to her directly before we left the restaurant reassuring her that she was great, and our biggest issue was the following. 1. We had reservations for 6:30pm, we arrived inside for check in at 6:11pm, and we were not seated until after 7pm. Parking only allots you 2 hours. 2. The lamb meatballs appetizer was dry but had great flavor, the calamari had more fried zucchini and fried bread crumbs than calamari, and it was soggy. 3. The main course seafood risotto came out and was inconsistent. My husband didn’t get any clams in his dish, and both of our dishes were very soggy like soups. The rice itself was way overcooked, it looking like split rice and the sausage was as tough as jerky. Very dry. I absolutely would not pay the prices they charge for the food we received. It is not a quiet/calm atmosphere. The waitress gave very good service and was professional during our time there. Unfortunately, this resulted in our early departure and low scores. Parking: 2 hour limit parking spots, you pay $1.75/hr. Coin or cards only. Valet is available for restaurant visitors.
