The Pilot House

We got for appetizers the charcuterie board and the empanadas and they were pretty good , not gonna lie . I wasn’t expecting it to be that good to be honest … I got an old fashioned and my friend got a El fresco drink made with gin and they were also good ! Then we shared the bolognese pasta and it was also good and then we ended up our dinner with a dessert that was kind of like a crème brûlée and it was also really good . You should go ahead and try this place . I finished my dinner with an espresso martini and it was on point ! Also, we found out that you don’t really need to stay in this hotel to come to the restaurant…

This is one of our secret local spots. Despite its location in a hotel (albeit a nice hotel), this restaurant has delicious food and a gorgeous setting. We love coming here and watching the planes take off and land as we enjoy good food and drink.

Calamari in sea food and rice dish was like rubber. Told two waiters who did nothing then became insolent. Then they had the nerve to put a tip on the bill.

This has become one of our new, favorite restaurants! The food is surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant (describing it as such is a disservice), and the view and ambiance are unmatched in the area. The service has always been great and it really is a great place for lunch or dinner.

Our server, Azucena has been serving us throughout our stay here at the hotel. She is super sweet and such a hard worker. The food is so yummy and the atmosphere overall is very welcoming. Definitely would stay here again.

The service was fine, our waiter was attentive, kept our drinks full. The food was flavorful and wasn’t terrible but was not as stated. They charge $40 for a filet. It was absolutely not filet, it was sirloin and a tough one at that. My husband and FIL ordered rare ribeye steaks, they were medium. The mushroom risotto was undercooked but was seasoned well. The desserts and drinks were the best part of the meal. Having drinks on the balcony was great. They do add gratuity automatically. Overall not terrible but fairly disingenuous.
