Decent food but long wait with minimal other tables in the restaurant. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting which just made the whole restaurant feel dirty. Don’t know that I would return.

Just left. We arrived at the please wait to be seated sign, the restaurant had only approximately 7 tables with customers. We had to wait 3 minutes before being acknowledged. We were not given enough menus but made due. We tried to order chicken tenders, they were out, tried to get cheese sticks instead, they were out of those also. We ordered. My cousin asked for a steak medium well. After waiting over an hour for our food, the steak came out literally pouring blood. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was inedible, the dressing was just not good. Needless to say by this point I was very hungry and upset. I asked to speak with a manager. I asked him if he found it acceptable for it to take an hour and fifteen minutes to be served? He said yes. He refused to apologized or take an accountability, just acted annoyed and asked what I wanted him to do. I left without eating. My family finished the meal. As they paid he threw my mother's change across the counter at her. The table behind us also had a horrible experience and left without being severed after 2 hours. I went to the manager to address this privately, however he decided it was better to tell me to post a bad review than to apologize for the bad experience. I've never reported a business to the BBB, but I will be doing that next.

Tomahawk steak was excellent, great people and very good service prices were reasonable I would come back for sure Parking: Parking is around the corner from the restaurant the spots are labeled for the pier house Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to come in all one level from outside to inside

Went there today, 3/24/24. One person working serving. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast buffet was ok. Very dingy and dirty inside, does not look like the pictures!

Absolutely terrible. If you don't have 2 or more hours to wait, please do not come here. Food was very terribleand when it finally showed up it had hair in it. Waiter didn't come by at all. And added 4 percent to use a debit card. Worst experience ever

They brought water in a milk jug. Food was okay. They may recycle water. They took 1hour to get the kids food. Brought drinks in cans. Waiter was almost always at bar. But the place looks amazing. They could cooked a medium steak amazingly. They were out of wings!! Would not recommend for a quick dine in meal.
