The young lady who was our server needs to be able to take joking. I was told I made her uncomfortable by a young man who was her supervisor and I told him I would apologise but he kept telling me how I made her feel uncomfortable and would not me apologise. He said he would talk to her. Both her and the supervisor need to grow up and be able to joke anblaugh. I have not decided wether I will eat there again.

great food, atmosphere was very comfy yet southern class, food was spectacular, ordered a calzone and the first one the cook forgot the marinara in it, even though it was still very scrumptious, the kind staff there informed me they would cook me an entire new one with the marinara, and they gave it to me for free. will be back :) visit if you love pizza and beer! (who doesn't?)

The service was a little lax. When we arrived the receptionist was sitting there and we still stood for like 5 minutes and there was only a couple of tables already sitting, no one else waiting to be. When we got set the server was quick to respond and take our order and attentive throughout the whole meal. I felt as dead as they were that it took a long time to receive our food. The food was ok nothing great about and the proportions relative to price was considerably small and I had the calzone and it wasn't much bigger than a hot pocket. The crust was slightly overcooked and dry wasn't my cup of tea. I guess you could say. But I guess that's just how they do theirs my son's pizza. Honestly Domino's was better. I enjoy the rising crust in Florence and I was kind of hoping it would be somewhere along those lines but not even close. I doubt I will ever go back unless something changes

We went with my family when basically nowhere else was open due to the snow. The food was good. I like the different options for everything. The pesto wasn't fresh, but it was good to add on top of the pizza and other foods we or ordered. The service really brought down the rating though, the waitress walked past our drinks from the bar at least 5 times before we received them, and it took a while for food to come out. It's possible the weather played a part in the slow service, but I don't have a comparison for normal business times. The pizza needed more sauce, which I have never said with other pizzas, but the toppings were all great. I'd give it another chance if we lived there but we don't so I can't go back until we visit again. Vegetarian options: The granny's garden fresh is all veggie toppings, and as far as I know, there isn't any meat in the sauce or crust. It was really good, it just needed more of the marinara sauce.
