The Peri Peri Grill - Downtown Atlanta

CONVINIENT, FUN AND DIFFERENT Very fun lunch date place right across the aquarium. They have a bright rooster theme which I love. You can order ahead, at the counter or at the booths. The gentlemen who helped us were very well mannered and nice and I think they like where they work. The restaurant has a convenient hand washing stations outside the bathroom. Their Peri Peri chicken sandwich was different and delicious; it was messy but well worth it. The main spice I think it's a type of oregano. Seasoned fries and poppers complimented the meal. I also tried the falafel. I would go a bit higher on garlic but I love garlic so it's probably ideal for everyone else. The vegetables (lettuce onions etc) were very fresh and tasty. The only thing I would say needs work but I completely understand is that their soda machine was broken and we had to buy bottles. But TBH not a lot of downtown places have self serve soda machines and I don't blame them. Prices are reasonable specially for downtown conveniently next to the aquarium.

We already tried their location in John’s Creek and loved it. Decided to give the downtown location a visit. Met the owner who provided us his recommendations and we opted for Peri Peri Mayo Chicken Burgers with fries (Yummy) and for dessert, we were the first guests to get a sneak preview of Falooda (delicious ice cream and vermicelli with fruit jelly). Amir, the owner, was very hospitable and attentive in general. Charmed by my 85 year old mother, he served fries on the house to her. Definitely worth a visit and we will be back again.

Food was decent, but the workers stood near the table and watched us eat. And one of the workers kept filming us on his phone. We won't go back.

This location chicken was very chewy. I spend $80 on food and $40 for parking. Not happy at all. I will never come back. NI just go to DC and eat Nandos there. All it was grilled chicken with sauce on top. Very unhappy with the food. I have to throw away 4 plates that we ordered. Other guest around my table had to say the same things about the place. I love Nandos. I have eaten there more than 20 times but the food is always good. I'll just take a flight to Washington DC and eat Nando there. Don't waste your time here at Peri Peri Grill. I had two kids we were very hungry. We arrived there around 7 o'clock. We're out in like 20 minutes. Had to go spend my money somewhere else because the kids were still hungry.

Fun and clean environment, with friendly and efficient staff. The food was quickly delivered and was universally tasty across 4 different dishes with differently customized spice levels. Vegetarian options: Different and fun falafel dishes!

Juicy peri peri chicken. Got the mild sauce, which was perfect. Falafel burger tasted good too. Their fries with peri peri spice is highly recommended. They got some killer chicken wings too. Highly recommend if you come down to the Georgia aquarium or world of coca Cola
