Very disappointing indeed! The food sounds better than it looks and looks better than it tastes!! I was served the scraped rice left at the bottom of the pot with added water to loosen it up, unbelievable!! Should've rejected to accept the dish but just didn't.. coming from another city in the UK you would expect the highest level of customer services however wasn't the case at the slightest in here. Think they're just getting away with this service level as many visitors are from abroad and either wouldn't mind or just not bothered to complain about it! Not the best experience you'd expect from an attraction this popular..

The restaurant is right downstairs of the Titanic museum, hence it is very handy to grab lunch after a 3hr tour in the museum. As a tourist, i was very eager to try the Irish stew but it was really disappointing. To be fair the taste was not too bad, but it doesn’t look like authentic traditional Irish stew at all. Too much potatoes, very little soup, absolutely no meat even though i could taste a bit of the lamb favour. Some potatoes were not fully cooked. Food was very disappointing. Staff were polite and friendly.

It sounds like I had a winner with the Thai vegetarian curry! It was spicy, hot and I had it served over a big serving of mash (not traditional I know). One of the best meals I had in Ireland after being there 10 days. My husband had the Irish stew and he said it was good but not great.

The quality of the restaurant is worthy of the place: Tragedy! I would like to congratulate the chefs, who can be seen in very spectacular clothes: I can't imagine how a "fish and chips" can be so bad? The texture of the fish: completely tasteless meat in hard breadcrumbs. Potatoes are a boring. While we were there at the other guests who chose the same, either disgusted with the "food" or curiously looking at what it could be? My husband orderd Asian food. It was without any taste. I do not recommend it to anyone! If I could, I would give minus 10 points

The fish was testless I don't understand how anyone can mess up such a simple meal lacks seasoning felt like eating plastic it's such a shame especially because Ireland is surrounded by sea no enjoyment at all horrible the worst meal ever
