The Packing House

Love this! Upscale dining place went there for Valentine's Day. The service was excellent and the food was indescribable. It was so good.

I found the manager and hostess extremely rude. We had never been to the packing house before and did not know that reservations are needed, especially because the sign out front said “immediate seating”. The hostess acted as if we were a huge inconvenience for asking for a table. She said she would need to ask her manager. The manager was even worse. She seemed almost offended that we asked for a table, but then immediately sat us. Why make us feel unwelcome just to be sat at a table. We would have understood if they turned us away respectfully. We came to find out the sat us in a unstaffed section of the restaurant. We were not spoken to for 15-20 mins until another table noticed we were sitting there and mentioned it to their waitress. She was kind, took our orders, and was attentive the whole meal. Overall the all of the staff was kind and helpful with the exception of the horrible front of the house experience. Very off putting first impression.

Drive-thru is quick and easy and I love the Friday fish fry!

Phenomenal food and atmosphere, well worth the price

Evening was absolutely perfect. Food was" superb "very well prepared ( More precisely, to perfection. Top 3 dinners I've had at packing us. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. From the food to the service to the drinks. Atmosphere the best.

I have frequented this restaurant for years. Recently I had the worst meal of my life there. All four of us had horrible meals. I never review as you can check but felt compelled. I really like this place. Something’s wrong please fix it.
