Food was OK. The service was terrible 20 minutes for our server to ask if we were going to order something more than water. Walked by the table 3 times without talking to us. Not one worker had any sort of smile. All of them seem to depose anyone being there.
Compliments to the Chef Antonio Bailey for making our experience sensational. The quality of food was amazing and came out very fast. His kitchen seems to be on the same level of an experience chef. I would love to have him cook for me everyday.
When we arrived through the back entrance, workers just looked didn’t greet us then finally one worker told us to check in with the hostess. Sat down ordered our food, took forever to get our drinks had to remind the waitress, food arrived not hot, my husbands chicken wings were not fully cooked, very disappointing for how expensive it is. The waitress seemed inexperienced, 5 star hotel should be doing better. McDonalds would have been a better choice after having that experience.
Ty made the absolute BEST lemon drop martini I have ever had !! My normal favorite drink but this was the best !
Great location to watch the game, large screens, great environment and great seating.
I assume they have a lot of customers skip out on their tab, let me assure you that isn’t everyone. Best advice, do better. This is suppose to be an upscale hotel. Service should display that.
