Regrettably, the combination of small portions and unpleasant taste, and the lack of acknowledgement from the waiter has led us to the decision not to return to this location. We hope this feedback contributes to improvements for future patrons.

Great place for all american breakfast! The food is great, and it comes out fairly quick. The service is excellent, and everyone is very friendly.

The Swedish pancakes are amazing and this place has some of the best bacon ever! Nice thick cuts that are perfectly crisp. The portion sizes here are pretty good. I always have left overs or don't finish. The omlettes are huge.

Went here with my brother and friend around one on a Sunday, and it was not packed. We often go to the one on Lincoln Ave, but the wait list for that location can vary from 30 minutes to an hour. Overall, I was happy with my visit to this Original Pancake House location. I had the eggs Benedict with buttermilk pancakes, and the eggs were prepared perfectly. The pancakes weren't as good as the Lincoln location, but they weren't bad, still very tasty and soft. The service was fairly quick, and our waiter came and refilled our drinks several times while we were there. The atmosphere has photos of the historic Original Pancake House on the walls and shelves with their signature mugs in them. Still, it's a good alternative for those who want to enjoy the Original Pancake House without the wait. Parking: The parking lot is in a shared complex with many other stores. Plenty of spaces to park.

I had some time to kill and noticed this place near me. I walked over and was let in 5 minutes after opening time (opening was 7:00 a.m.) I was greeted by Jennifer and was told to sit anywhere I liked. Since I walked in right after they opened I was seated right away. Since I walked in right after they opened it was just me for the moment that Monday morning. The service/ waitress Jennifer was nice and attentive toward me and gave me a menu and a glass of water in just a minute upon sitting. It was my first time eating here so I just got something simple. I ordered the simple bacon and eggs. Had my eggs scrambled. Included with three pancakes. I had to wait about 8 to 10 minutes for my order. I was a little bothered by waiting but it was fair compared to other places. While I was waiting I looked around the dining area. It looked really cozy and homely. My booth was super comfortable. There was comfortable cushions underneath the seatings of the booths and the chairs. So while I waited I was super comfortable. I liked how the restaurant looked on the inside. It just looked nice. Lots of booths and tables and seatings too. When my order arrived it came with my own thing of syrup and butter. The eggs were good. Simple but not bad at all and done to my liking. Had good texture and were not too thin or too thick. Just right. Tasted good. I forgot to ask if they would have charge extra with cheese on the scrambled eggs....Mmmm. I loved the bacon. The three stripes were bigger and thicker than I had anticipated. The bacon was also cooked just right. Not too black and not too raw. Just right. They tasted good. The egg and bacon portions was a bit more than I had anticipated and I was really pleased with the portion. I got full from just a bacon and eggs and had to take the pancakes home. I ate them for lunch. They tasted good. I liked them. They were fluffy. Not a bad place. And pretty decent food. And a nice and intentive server. My only complaint is that even for an order so simple. It was rather expensive in my book. About $13 for eggs and bacon. The order did include three pancakes. I wonder if the bill would have been less if I ask them not to include the pancakes. Just a little bit. But I am pleased with the foods quality and quantity that I give this place five stars. And I am pleased with the service as well.

Food is good but for $30 for breakfast it better be.
