Mel's is one of our favorites. We go there at least once a week.

We went to Mels Dinner to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. The food was great. And the service from the waitress was excellent. We would recommend eating here if you like old time dinner atmosphere. With music playing from the 1950's -late 1980's.

Have not been to a Mel's in over 10 years as they were not good in service back then in San Francisco. I tried this one as I live up here now and I gotta tell you the service, food, appearance was spectacular. I highly recommend you check this place out for a great meal in an intimate surrounding.
