The Original J.R. Crickets in Midtown Atlanta

This is a locals spot for wings and a good drink. The place is clean but could definitely use some upgrades and repairs. Nevertheless I will be back.

Real Review from a first time visitor: To-go Cashier was very rude to all of the customers. She treated me the same as I had witnessed her with the other customers, but I actually still tipped her. The wings were terrible, and the fries looked like they poured a half bottle of hot sauce on them. Now I will say when I mentioned the fries issue to the man from the kitchen who handed me my order he did bring me a fresh order of fries. I don't know what it was in it's prime but it's awful 1 star today. It's in a college area and it's staple in that area so they're still able to flourish because of that, but they're not actually good. And, the oversize holes in the concrete in the parking lot, Lord Jesus be careful. Parking: Ridiculous size holes in the ground throughout the parking lot. Very hazardous.

Went in with family had Justin for a serverver he gave our order to another table corrected the other table order and never acknowledged us qe were just there waiting. We consulted the manager Tabitha who came out nasty said she'd check our order well several more tables was served so we inquired again the manager ran back saying how she was gonna discount us but Justin can take the food back. We never asked for a discount only to be treated like paying patrons and acknowledged after we waited 1 hour 30 minutes and still never got food. Tabitha real nasty! I pray God take the taste of JR Crickets from me and that she is nasty to enough people to hit her where it hurts. They never accepted the fact that they took our food to another table and our order had to be remade even the appetizer! And we were expected to be OK cause you want offer 10% for waiting almost 3 hours and everybody was served in front of us that came on after us! We went on to Edwood Pizza where we could spend our money with excellent customer service and the best damn pizza and wings in the city!

Use to be great wings but now of days it's a hit or miss ....p.s. they missed on a 70 piece order for me

It was super small on the inside but the crowd had good vibes. I can dig it. Will definitely go back there.
