The Original Big Daddy's Dish

The food is everything but that customer service will have you not wanting the food any more but it’s so good that you over look the poor southern hospitality. Big daddy you see your turn over rate on old national is high in the past 2 yrs alone I have counted over 35 new faces that has come and gone. Get you some folks in there that actually like serving people and making them have a good experience when spending an arm and leg on food. Hands down food be hitting.

It's a nice place to get you close to homestyle food but it wasn't like when I get in the kitchen dressing was not flavorful enough and overall it didn't have that deep soul food vibe Vegetarian options: I don't eat meat most sides had me but their were some options

The rudest customer service ever, the manager was unhelpful, the food was prepared sloppy, no hand washing seen! I try support black business but this is a place I will never return to. Extremely unorganized establishment and rude line prep employees. Horrible experience and the place is not clean, they have no motivation to give great customer service at all! Next I’m calling the better business bureau and will contact the Ga department of agriculture.

Ok, today was my first time ever hearing of this place let alone trying it. I decide to try this place because it was highly recommended. The service was nice! People on the line were amazing but the food, not so much. So I ordered the baked salmon, smothered fried chicken wings, with mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, dressing, and a slice of key lime cake. My total was $34.53. Serving sizes were a good size. The chicken wings were nice and jumbo beautiful gravy but lack flavor all I could taste was grease. The dressing was the worst thing on the plate (unless you like cornbread with gravy)….the mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole were ok though. The baked salmon was good (it would’ve been great if it hadn’t dried out from being on the line). And the key lime cake tasted like lime jello or pudding mix. Moral of the story the good things were: Service Salmon
