Really nice old building/restaurant. The building has a lot of charm, best to visit for dinner when it’s dark outside to get the full effect of the internal lighting. The drinks are fantastic. We had the Tacos and the fried whole flounder. The tacos were great. I’d give the flounder about a 7 out of 10. I gather it’s a long time classic but the sauce didn’t really pair all that well for me. The crab Beignets were excellent!

The food and service were good, but it was impossible to enjoy. I have visited Savannah several times but never ate at the Olde Pink House. So, I was excited when my girlfriend and I made a reservation. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt off. We sat silently for almost the entire meal, and our two small dogs, who usually sit quietly under the table, kept standing up, looking around, and trying to leave. We all felt a strange and almost horrible vibe. At one point; I told my girlfriend that I felt terrible things were done in this house before it was a restaurant. It wasn’t until after we left that I looked into it. The house was, in fact, subject to horrible things. The original owner, James Habersham, was not only an advocate of slavery but was the person who established a direct slave trade between London and Savannah. Subsequent owners also kept slaves in the house, and many were children who died in the house from yellow fever. While the restaurant does its best to stick to a traditional Southern vibe, it also exacerbates the issue. Both my girlfriend and I felt it, and we couldn’t wait to leave. Like I said, the restaurant itself has great service and good food. But I think people should be aware of the building’s tragic history. It is not something to be proud of or cherished.

Holy cow! What a gem! I loved The Olde Pink House. Max’s fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. The history behind the house was really extensive and interesting. With over 16,000 square feet, you’d imagine there might be a few empty tables. Nope, the place was packed. Service was top notch, food was as good as advertised, and it sits in the heart of beautiful historic Savannah. Make sure to reserve days in advance. Dinner was booked out, so we went for a late lunch. Best experience in awhile!

Food was amazing everything cooked to perfection. It was a very busy night so at times the service was a tad slow but it's understandable with the large amount if people. I'd definitely go back

Went here for dinner while visiting Savannah. Service was impeccable. Staff was excellent. The decor is amazing. Each room/floor has a different ambiance. Definitely explore while you’re there (they actually encourage it)! Food was good but definitely not out of this world. Definitely try the biscuits though! If you don’t have a reservation, be prepared to wait.
