The Old Spaghetti Factory

I always loved the taste of food in this restaurant. Unfortunately, we had guests over in our place and decided to order food from Old spaghetti factory. We ordered 4 dishes. We received a completely sealed delivery from this resturant and when we opened it up, there were only three orders. It was a very embarrassing situation. We called the restaurant and tell them that we received the SEALED PACKAGE with one missing item. So for the sake of customer service and credibility they must have compromised the missing item; however, they very rudely responded us that it is not their responsibility. I recommend to NEVER order food from this restaurant. Very poor customer service

Ordered 4 items from this restaurant for my guests, and they sent 3 items. Unpleasant experience in front of my guests.

The spaghetti was really good. If you want meat, get the meatballs with it. The meat sauce didn't come with a lot of meat.

Food was outstanding, We had a large group of 40 people. They sat us no problem. Prompt curtious service.

Although I made a reservation, it took 30 minutes to get assistance. I noticed that there was a lot of servers dosing off and it was mostly the younger ones and there was about 3 that were carrying the weight of the entire dining room. Eventually we were asked if our orders were taken by another busy server and randomly approached by a young server that was on the floor already and who had been avoiding us clearly claiming she was on her break yet we seen her on the floor the entire time. The food was excellent but service 0/10.

As good as the food was, this was the worst service I've had in my entire life, not an exaggeration. After being seated, we sat around for about 20 minutes, then the manager came to check on us-- was kind enough to acknowledge that our waiter hadn't come yet an offered a free appetizer. If that was it, then okay. The manager, again, eventually took our orders and said our server would be around. Throughout the course of our entire meal we never met our server. We waited for 30 minutes after finishing our main course before we finally went to the cashier at the front and asked for assistance, they claimed someone would be there to help us soon. About 10 minutes later a waitress came and said our "regular waitress" went on her break. I don't know what that means considering we litterally never had an original waitress. While I love the food and the atmosphere, I try to be understanding but this was absolutely atrocious-absolutely 0 communication among their staff and the longest I've sat around in any restaurant ever.

Angel hair pasta can be substituted for spaghetti in any dish. Very good meat sauce. Save room for ice cream, included in all meals.
