The Old Spaghetti Factory (Richmond)

Very good food, their all-included meals are really good deal, come with soup, ice cream and coffee. We ordered spaghetti with spicy meat sauce, baby back ribs and lunch special pork loin sandwich. They all tasted good. Decorations inside restaurant is nice.

Before the hostess took us to our table two random kids where standing in our table ... like... literally stepping on top of the table. No parents were called or anything... Service and food are great!

We had a group dinner last night for a birthday. We were already waiting for our food to come for a while, but when we asked how much longer, the manager came to us to let us know the clam chowder wasn't heating up. She claimed that the soup wouldn't heat up for 10 mins, but we were already waiting for 45-50 mins for our food and this was just the soup. The (female) manager didn't take any accountably for the delay, and tried to blame it on us being a big group and also tried to blame our waitress for punching in the orders late. Which is a lie, because we saw the waitress punch our order right after. One of our friends order the mussels, and they got that out so fast, so we knew that she didn't place the order late. This was all poor time management and terrible service from the manager. The manager didn't even bother to come up to us after to check up on us again. The only thing they did was not charge us for gratuity, and our food still came out later. Also, the food was mid, it lacked flavor, and barely any sauce. I would not recommend this location.

My son's birthday celebration took place at this restaurant. Sandy, the manager, went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests, including arranging table numbers and accepting pre-orders. The servers were incredibly friendly and maintained cheerful demeanors throughout the event. In particular, the female server, whose name I regrettably forgot, delighted us with her humor and checked in on us regularly. A heartfelt thank you to The Old Spaghetti Factory team for making my son's birthday truly memorable.

The best place for a large group or family to get together to eat

The staff were awesome,friendly, informative and enjoyable.

Enjoyable food and atmosphere for the whole family. Pasta dishes come with extra goodies like appetizers, desserts, and coffee, so the value is there as well. Clam sauce was simple but well done.

I came here for the first time with a big group and immediately noticed how busy the restaurant was. There was definitely not enough staff working. Selena took care of 2 big groups on top of our group. I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed. I noticed how much she valued making sure everyone was taken care of despite the amount of customers she had to serve. She checked in whenever she could to make sure we had everything we needed. She remained calm and collected whenever something went wrong and got it fixed asap. I can tell she is sincere and truly cares for the customers. I really appreciated having Selena as my server. Seeing her passion shine through was the highlight of my meal! Parking: Lots of parking at the restaurant's parking lot
