The Old Spaghetti Factory

Omg first time here and the service was great and the food was even better. The Spumoni was delicious. Update 3/15/24: The Service and quality of food has rapidly declined. Either they cxl your to-go orders without explanation or they give you missing, lukewarm, or mediocre foods. I'm so unhappy with the decline in service that at this point I'll never order from this place again. The high prices don't justify the service or quality of food.

WOW! I'll preface my review by saying that I am absolutely aware that prices have gone up, portions have been reduced, certain items are in short supply, and good labor is hard to find. Nonetheless, I was absolutely shocked to see the menu prices. It's been about a year since I was here last, and the prices have gone up to nearly double. Portions were markedly smaller compared to in the past. Food was tasty as usual. Service was quite lacking, though our server was friendly. But, unfortunately, I can not justify spending $85 at lunch for three people to share an appetizer and eat spaghetti (no one had liquor or fancy drinks). Overall, our meals were good, and the service was OK. However, I can not get behind spending >$20. per plate of spaghetti (in this setting).

Wife and I stopped in for dinner on a Monday at about 6pm. We had about a 10 minute wait to be seated. Our server, Jamison, was great, attentive, and friendly. I had the meat lovers spaghetti dish, and my wife had the chicken alfredo. Both dishes were very good and with the included bread, salad and ice cream we both left very satisfied!

I heard they hire and pay under the table is this true,i hope not a ex employee told me they do
