This pub was really nice. I loved how old it felt. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food but the menu seemed nice enough.
Nice pub, but loads of building work?
Beautiful old building with superb architecture. It gives the place a sumptuous feel. The staff were friendly and attentive and the roast dinners looked amazing as they went out to diners. We didn't eat as we were visiting the little hidden theatre upstairs. I would highly recommend looking at 'what's on' and making a booking. It's the second time we've visited the theatre. First to play Bingo at Tiffanys with Audrey Heartburn and secondly to see Big Fill Double Bill drag cabaret. All artists were superb and so very funny. And boy, could they all sing! We will be back.
Legendary ale pub of Birmingham City centre. It's hard to beat this place for its central location, range of drinks and atmosphere. A must visit if you haven't bee here before. Even has a theatre at the back. Look out for what's on..
