The Office Cake

Ordered a cake on Thursday for a Saturday party and was beyond impressed!! Thank you so much! The cake was beautiful.

Let me start off by saying the website is pretty easy to use and they make cakes on really short notice and deliver anywhere so that’s a big plus. The Cake was delivered during the time they said it would be, the icing when it arrived was in good condition, however I wasn’t impressed with the way the design looked. I uploaded a picture to be placed on the cake and I feel like it was rushed because it looks as if though they copy and pasted the image onto the cake. It’s just a block-looking picture placed on the center. I feel like if I had more time I could’ve done this myself and saved the $50.

For our abuelo's 90th Birthday we ordered a photo gold diamond cake that had the family crest from Spain on top. The cake came out amazing and it was delicious! Thank you so much Sarah & Eddie, from The Office Cake, for making our family celebration extra special! We will definitely be ordering more cakes from you guys in the future.

Being introduced to The Office Cake was a pleasant surprise. The cake was beautifully decorated, tastier than I could imagine, and delivered on time and with a smile. I wish the owners well and will be a repeat customer.

Service is beyond amazing!! I had been searching for a great delivery cake service in Miami since I live in Houston and I had been searching for a whole week and couldn’t find one! So the day of I contacted The Office Cake and Eddy took my order! I told him exactly what I needed and tadaaaa! Within 2 hours my delivery was delivered to the love of my life by 9:30am which I thought it would be later since I placed the order last minute! I’m beyond happy and satisfied ! We recently received a Christmas cake from one of our awesome vendors, Ad Wave Signs, and our team was blown away with the cake. It just so happened that we didn't have a cake ordered for our Holiday Party, and we decided chose to use The Office Cake. Eddy offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service from beginning to end. His communication was always timely, the day of, he gave great timelines and updates of when the cake would arrive, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! Truly an exceptional company! Ordering is easy peasy mac and cheesy-- we'll definitely be using this company for all future cakes!
