Top rate service! Great food.

We just left from dinner and were highly disappointed in the overall experience as well as the food. We decided to celebrate here due to a recommendation. The ambience is amazing, however the food and the deceptive practices of the server has put an awful taste in my mouth. To start, we ordered two drinks specials, one with alcohol and one nonalcoholic. Without asking us, the waiter brought out the drink with alcohol and a separate shot glass with vodka and stated it was the alcohol that would have been in the nonalcoholic drink. We thought nothing of it and figured it was just something the server decided to do. Nope, he charged us for both drinks as being with alcohol without asking us and even after we specified one with alcohol and one without. When he went over the specials, he failed to provide pricing for the specials and now I know we should have asked, but it would have been nice to know it was $109 for the steak special. We have eaten at numerous upscale restaurants and have never experienced this level of deception or lack of transparency. We ordered the crab ceaser salad x 2, wedge salad, stuffed grouper x 3, the grilled seafood, and steaks x 3 and a la carte we ordered mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese and green beans and asparagus. Mac and cheese was delicious, green beans and asparagus was ok and the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were bland. Overall, the meal was underwhelming. At the end of our meal, the server asked us if we had a particular membership and when I asked him questions to get clarification, he said he would bring us a pamphlet. Never did we state we wanted the membership. As we’re closing out the check, the server returns with a card in a sleeve but never tells us we just bought a $25 membership. Before we leave, I asked my husband to look over the check. Obviously, he didn’t because when we got home, I looked over the check and discovered the shenanigans. My husband immediately called to dispute the membership and the manager was very professional and accommodating and stated he would reimburse the membership cost. We expected to have a nice night out, with great food and experience but instead we got great ambiance, ok food and deceptive billing. I would urge future guests to look over their bill very closely and ask questions to ensure you’re paying only for what you expected to pay for. As of 1/22/2024, the manager has failed to credit back the $25.00 membership fee he promised my husband he would.

Fine dining at its best. Amazing food. Make sure you take home dessert.

Outstanding, especially for a chain. Pricey, of course, but I couldn't fault a single moment. This is a can't-miss dining experience.

I'm a Landry's Select diner and get notices for promotional dinners. Oceanaire had a sushi roll offering that my wife and I found attractive. We had a wonderful dinner at their Midtown Atlanta location. The service was excellent, the food was superb and we loved the classic upscale atmosphere of the restaurant. Net, a great date night dinner!
