We stopped by for lunch before seeing Giants....and had the salmon with vegetables. One of the most delicious meals I've had in a restaurant in months.
We waited over an hour for food that was terrible and expensive. I would have preferred over-priced sandwiches and soup that came out quickly.
If you happen to find yourself touring the Brooklyn Museum, The Norm is an unexpected find. It is rare for a restaurant in a museum to be a first class experience. I've been there twice, the first in 2018 and the second, earlier this month. The food, service and ambiance were exceptional. I plan to go back the next time I am in Brooklyn.
The $27 dish with chicken had literally five morsels of chicken. It wasn’t just my plate but also my wife’s. I pointed this out to one of the servers, and we got a 20% discount. That we appreciated. Also, we had to wait 13 minutes into restaurant hours in front of the entrance with a baby; we should’ve been seated in my opinion. The last time we came here a year ago. Experience has been very good overall. It looks as though something has to be done to improve the work of the kitchen, and the general manager should also up their game.
Terrible A plus for not having rats and roaches in NY other can take direction I’ve had better service in Ohio/PA at a truck stop. I’m embarrassed for them.
Great service, but food was absolutely not worth it. We ordered both of the brunch items, one of which was an overdone omelette paired with undercooked ratatouille featuring crunchy raw potatoes. The second item was poached eggs with sweet potato which included a plate with two poached eggs, some garnish, and four 1/4 inch cubes of (yes, crunchy and undercooked) sweet potato.
