We have been dining here for the past 14 years and not sure if owner changed but the guy with glasses on always has been by the cash register. In this review, I want to point out just one of the most important/critical issues. Clean your bathrooms!!! Your bathrooms always stunk rotten for the past 14 years! Clean, sanitize, repair broken toilet and seats, empty overflowing trash, clean the toilets, floors, and place hand washing soaps!
Good to have a diner but the food here isn’t the best. I’d rather go to the Purity family of diners but sometimes it’s too much of a walk. Their food is much tastier.
I ordered delivery and lets just say never again. They forgot my drink which was a orange fanta. The salad was a caesar, no cheese was present, i also asked for dressing on the side and they didnt do it. The sampling appetizer was super small, and my calamari was rock hard, basically frozen. No flavor and all tasted microwaved. Never ordering delivery again from this spot.
The Lumberjack Pancakes or French Toast, Lumberjack itself is the signature product, and it is really good. Not only that, but the customer service provided by the team at The New Daisy's Diner is very family oriented and gave me the nostalgia of my childhood of going to a mom and pop. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I know you will enjoy the experience as the atmosphere is definitely akin to that of going home to eat with your parents and in the good way!
Good food and nice staff. The kids love their Kids Menu
What a wonderful lady that took care of us there and the food was great too I would definitely go back there and I will be
Let me preface by saying this was my weekly diner for almost 2 years. Some of the service is great, some is absolutely horrendous. I was just asked to leave as a single diner when asking a refill on my coffee since breakfast rush was about to start — THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS EMPTY. Absolutely gutted as this is the easiest diner within walking distance. Way to cauterize any desire to come back. Take that bald server off the schedule and give Tony a raise. Good riddance.
This place is great. I always ordered the Western omelette with a side of sausage. The staff is kind, they always refill my coffee several times and do it with a pleasant smile. I would consider this place hidden gem.
