I will never go here again. I pay at the counter, get my food at the counter and when you pay with a card it won't continue the transaction unless you put in a Tip! Seriously?! What service are you providing other than what you were hired to do? This is a Hard Pass.

I've tried them so many times hoping for better and rarely been pleased. They never have what you want, no drip, no pour over basic things. Their pastries are not fresh. They won't use your insulated cup if your bring it, even if the cup is smaller than theirs. They won't let you add cream/milk to your coffee they do it for you and put like one teaspoon. Their hours are always changing and as of writing this they don't match what is on Maps, it shows them closed right now but the sign out front says 9pm. The inside looks nice although it looks like they got ride of the nice patio seating. Parking: Some times it's hard to find parking and the lot is really busy, that's not their fault though they share it with Walgreens and other businesses.

The young lady working there was really nice I asked her for a recommendation on a drink she said the one with lavender and honey and steamed milk it was really good you could taste each ingredient it was different I would definitely get it again

So you guys, you know what happens when the coffee craving hits you.. that's right!! The search begins!! I love supporting and stumbling across hidden gems and besides sometimes you just don't feel like Starbucks or the long drive thru line that comes with it. Nonetheless, I was in a lavender latte mood and came across The Mugs. We ordered a lavender latte and a banana caramel latte. The Baristas were super friendly and full of smiles, they definitely made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our drinks were made super fast and they were DELICIOUS!!! The best lavender latte I've had in a while, definitely a must try. I sampled the banana caramel latte and it was okay, the banana overpowered the caramel and the caramel was lost but it was still very very good. If this place wasn't so far away from where I live, I know for a fact I would be here daily. I was also interested in the Strawberry Creme Latte so this gives me an excuse to come back and check it out, much sooner than later :)

This place seems to be popular because I really wanted to try the refreshers, but they were out of soda water so I couldn't order it. Because I ordered it on the kiosk though, they had to refund after I had bought it, which wasn't a big deal for either of us. I ended up getting the blueberry matcha latte. I like matcha a lot, so this is a new spin I haven't tried before (the blueberry part). The blueberry definitely subtle, and so is the sweetness level, which is good or bad depending on who you ask. That's why it's good to ask about the sweetness level of a drink so you can ask for more or less sweetness. I decided to go in blind and taste it as it is, which I enjoyed. I don't like my matcha overly sweet as it takes away from the matcha flavor. If I'm in the area I'd get this drink again (or try my luck again with the refreshers). It's ample, but there are a lot of Walgreens signs saying it's for Walgreens customers only. Wheelchair accessibility: Grade level.
