Good food. Bad service, at least 2 of 3. My girlfriend has been working late this week so we've been eating late. I've never been to The Mont past 11:30 pm so I had no idea their kitchen closed at 12:30 am because the hours are listed on Google until 2 am (many other places that have separate kitchen and bar closing times has it listed differentiated on Google). But that's fine. Anyway, my gf and I stopped by around 12:40 am the first night. The waitress could've just come up and told us the kitchen was already closed, but she chose instead to just walk around ignoring us and would've continued had I not called her over. She somewhat rudely told us the kitchen closed at 12:30 am, so we apologized and left. EXACTLY ONE night later we came back again because of the same circumstances at 11:50 pm and another waitress rudely told us "the kitchen closes in 20 minutes." So math is not a strong point along with customer service apparently. Finally, this waitress gets traded out for a 3rd waitress who was spectacularly polite and helpful. I asked for her name but it was too loud to hear her clearly. It was something along the lines of Cherry, Charity, or Sherry. Whoever you were, thank you for doing your job so exceptionally and being so polite! I've been to The Mont a lot before, but this experience has tainted my view of it. Not to downgrade fast food, but I've seen better service and mannerisms from late night staff at McDonald's. I highly doubt I will be going back anytime soon, and I don't recommend you do either.
