THEY HAVE A PATIO!! Favorite spot in the Castro, hands down. Very friendly vibes unlike some of the other places, and I’ve always felt right at home, even though I don’t drink
Great local dive bar!! LGBTQ+ friendly and definitely where most of the Castro locals find themselves for a drink and meeting new people. The patio is definitely a nice place to sit and very fun vibe! A must go when you are in the Castro!!
FUN BAR AND ATMOSPHERE . FRIENDLY BARTENDERS . GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE . GOOD CROWD AND ENERGY
a vodka cran here is a cup of vodka and ice with one drop of cranberry
What a pleasant way to end an emotional day. Stopped in late on Monday night (12-18) after seeing the Jinkx and Dela Holiday Show and the bartender Patrick was a delight. He was prompt and welcoming. Strong cocktails, kind words and his friendly smile meant the world delivering a sense of belonging, and he wasn't even aware of the tragic events of the day. My father passed earlier in the day after fighting with cancer for nearly 2 decades. Thank you Patrick and the Mix for helping to make it a day to remember, always! ❤️
You would never go here past college age if it was a straight bar lol it’s like a college bar from the Midwest
At the Mix! I live in SF and Santos the bartender is amazing! Made sure we were having a great experience! Besos
Being in the Castro for the first time and enjoyed the service I had here, I am really disappointed with the people we've encountered at the bar on Friday 10/28 at around 11pm-midnight. When we were in line to order drinks, we stumbled upon a gay couple (one Brown and one white) and told us passive-aggressively that the line is at a different area because they "work" here (they have "connections" with the bartenders). They went on to verbally threaten us as they continue to be rude to my friends, especially a POC woman, and as we were about to leave, the white man goes to the bouncer to tell them they should not come again when we did not express vitriol nor anger back towards them. We simply came in to have a fun time with a drink but that experience really wasn't the vibe when there are gays that are clique-y to bring such a power trip/authority to everyone.
