The Midway Grill and Brews

Midway has expanded its food menu, now including very flavorful lighter small plates. Two recent delicious additions were a) crab cakes and b) ceviche. Both are zesty, light, and delicious. Midway has now further enhanced its food menu. With steak, fish, other large plates. Baby Back Ribs , Osso Bucco, burgers, Prime Filet, Rib Eye. And music on Friday nights. Midway has many beers. Carter's Ghost Train IPA is the BEST beer in Billings. Midway has it. 106 IBU and 8% ABV. Bright and sharp, not hazy, fruity, and weak like some local designer beers. The atmosphere at Midway is very stylish, perfect for chatting. The servers are all outstanding, friendly, and courteous. Including Arianna, Chris, Amanda, Lexi, Tatum. Gosh, ALL !

Lovely staff!!

Flavorless burger with overly greasy/soggy fries and raw onion slices that were way too thick. However, it was a nice atmosphere and great service. Will likely be back to try something different on the menu as the other dishes looked tasty.

Nice place. Staff was friendly. I was not hopeful after we got the chips and queso. Chips didn't appear to be the freshest and the queso had the consistency of milk, that is not an exaggeration. But.. my son and I both got fried chicken sandwiches and they were delicious. Fries were good also.

This place is OK, but it's not making the short list for me. My husband and I have tried this place twice. The first time was about a year ago. The wings were not good. Luke warm by the time they got to us and the sauce was more like a soup. It didn't coat the wings well and they were rather disappointing. We went again with a few other couples a few weeks ago. Both my husband and I both ordered salads I ordered the Albuquerque and my husband ordered the Let's be Flank. They didn't come with any dressing. We didn't even ask for it on the side or anything. They just didn't bring it out. The shrimp I added to my salad were fried which was not noted on the menu. They were good. But I wouldn't have ordered them had I known they were fried shrimp. I guess I didn't ask so that's on me.... but it was disappointing none the less. By the time we tracked our server down for the salad dressing I was over it. He didn't really even apologize or anything. It was just blah. It wasn't that great of a salad with the dressing. Over all we feel like they struck out on both tries.

I will never go to this restaurant again. Not only did they forget to put our order in only to get it wrong. I can overlook this and be understanding, but then served my drink with a used cup that had lipstick on it. When i brought it up they apologized for having a bad night, and gave me a free appetizer coupon to use next time I visit. That was all they did to make it right. My father has worked in the food industry most my life,(opening restaurants ect) I called to make sure i wasn't making a big deal about how they responded. He agreed that it was beyond unprofessional. I always want to support local but i do not recommend this place.
