Fun atmosphere and good food

We always have fun and love the food. It s loud which makes it a party every time you go, so don’t expect a quiet evening with whispery conversation. It’s loud. It’s boisterous. And get the guacamole. It’s a family favorite.

Overall, foods slackin in flavor. Service was ok. You're pretty much paying for the cool atmosphere. The music was the one thing I'll admit they got right. Edit: they updated their menu, and it's much better, they must've got la abuelita in the back making that pozole

We loved Mexicano! Margaritas, guacamole, and dinner! Fabulous time! We had reservations at 6:15…crowded we were seated at our time….and even a fire dancer! Going again!

Atmosphere is 10/10. Food is even better. Make a reservation unless you plan on sitting at the bar!

Very large patio that is perfect for dining. Great food, great service, great friends...had a great time!

I had a rather unpleasant experience at Mexicano Restaurant, primarily due to the hostess. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was rude and disrespectful. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience, with no welcoming greeting or smile. Instead of the warm hospitality you'd expect, we were met with snide remarks and an unwelcoming demeanor, making our entire group feel uncomfortable. Sadly, this set a negative tone for the evening, overshadowing the dining experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend Mexicano Restaurant. It’s disappointing when poor service overshadows what could have been a pleasant outing.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurant that I have been to in the Phoenix valley. The chef has created some great dishes.
