Jacob from Kentucky was our server and playing and simple the best hands down service we ever had at a restaurant. Give that man a raise.
Was one of our favorite restaurants in Tucson. SO glad to have found it close to the theater after "Six" !!!
Always enjoy a night out and a let's call it what it is a ton of delicious food that tastes so good that self-control is left at the door. Try to not fill up on the bread, you have 3 more courses to go. Try using the Fondue timer on the melting pot website. Helps track cooking times. Really important to keep track of pork and chicken. Are you going to pay for what you get, yes. Will it be memorable, yes. Do I suggest trying it at least once, you betcha. Where to park? You could park in the lot directly above The Melting Pot and then get your parking ticket validated on your way out.
My family just had the most amazing experience at the Melting Pot in Sacramento. Jacob, an amazing young man from Kentucky, took care of all of our needs. He was kind, funny, warm, attentive, and moved like lightning! We were a very difficult group! 1 vegan, 1 flexitarian , 1 vegetarian gluten free , and 3 meat eaters! Talk about difficult. But he managed us all with complete ease and an attitude that will carry him far in life. We had a delicious meal, a warm and memorable family moment, and just an amazing experience. Thank you Jacob! You made our night! Vegetarian options: So many customizable options! For vegan, and vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free, not by choice, and not only did they have options, but were very gracious as well. Us gluten freers know that's not always the case.
Group of 6 with 3 birthday participants. FYI:Reserved table, but had to wait until whole group arrived to be seated. Led to out of way table, good and so so. Quiet, but a little claustraphobic. Everyone ordered their favorite entree for dip cooking and were very pleased. I choose the self build of chicken, salmon and beef. (Yes they had fancy names and special seasonings.) The beef and salmon were great. The chicken was somewhat tough cooked for recomended 2 1/2 or 3 mins. Hence 4 stars since this is my review, not others. So as a special party event not too bad. I however would see this more as a romantic venture for two. No coordination over cooking; whose and how many skewers will interfere, etc.
