This wasn’t our first visit and it won’t be our last. As always, we had a fabulous time! Our server Bree was delightful and matched our upbeat energy. The whole team that night -Molly, Marlon, Bethany, and Latasha- made our experience top notch. Thank you all!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Madison made our evening a memorable experience!! Outstanding personality, answered all our questions and added her own expertise to all we were experiencing.

UPDATE: We were invited back for a complementary dinner to make up for the Valentine’s Day experience that we had. They recreated the whole Valentine’s Day decor for our table and took care of the bill. They were on top of things all night and very friendly. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. We got to take home roses and had a great meal. Definitely worth coming back for and we greatly appreciated the warm hospitality for the return trip. Super cheap and unprofessional experience for how much we paid. It was not made clear that we were being forced to sit on same side of table (we were forced to share with another couple). Manager publicly talked down to us once it was realized that we were sitting across from one another. Boiling liquids were moved over top of us and we were forced to shift around or even stand up to move things around. For a $250+ dollar experience things felt cheap, you had to pay more for any extras and the management obviously has no formal etiquette training. I would advise to anyone considering going out to eat to go to Ruth Chris steakhouse for a cheaper meal and to be treated with dignity and respect AND you get your own table.

Update: The owners has us back for a complementary meal. We were able to have the Valentine's day dinner that we hoped for originally. They had flowers, flower pedals, and a much better experience. They definitely tried to make it up to us for our bad Valentine's day dinner. Extremely disappointed in my Valentine's day experience. There was no communication to sit on a specific side of the table and I was actually scolded by the manager because I moved to the booth side (3 people were sitting on one side and 1 person was sitting on the booth side). Hot liquids were being moved over top of me and my fiance so I was concerned for our safety with how close we were sitting. The manager actually came over after and apologized to the couple that had just been seated next to us and said she was "so sorry for me interrupting their dinner if I had to go potty and I should have never moved." I would have happily moved if she would have said something to me while they were getting ready for the next couple to be seated. The server and the manager were speaking terribly about me with the couple that had just been seated while I was sitting right there! We paid nearly $300 to be belittled and rushed during our dinner experience. I would not recommend anyone to come here for a special occasion especially Valentine's day. Sadly we will not be back.
